What I learned at Dotmatics and Adroit AI
I joined Dotmatics in 2014 to lead commercial operations and later became SVP of Global Commercial Operations. During that period, I helped grow revenue from £4 million to £16 million in three years, doubled the international commercial team and expanded customer-facing operations across North America, Europe, Asia and Japan.
I also speak about founding Adroit AI and the practical work required to connect chemistry and biology data for modern drug discovery.
